The following are Terms of Service:

Expect to be treated in a manner in which you would treat yourself!

We believe that it is difficult to build a business without treating our customers with the utmost respect. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase made from this store, and feel that the description was incorrect, or if you are not satisfied for another reason, simply return the item in the condition you received it in for a full refund.
Before returning item, please contact us so that we are aware of, and have a chance to resolve your issue before we take that step.
Refund will be given immediately upon our receipt of the item being returned. Refund will include purchase price and any shipping/handling charges you incurred.

Grading - I am not a professional grader by any means. That said, I do the best I can at providing an accurate description and grade for each item. Additionally, I make it a point to provide both a front and reverse scan of every item I post for sale. Over 95% of the cards available for sale here will be in NM or better condition. These are cards that I was proud to have in my collection.
If there is a defect on a particular card, I will always try to point it out. It does me absolutely no good to sell someone a card they will not be pleased with! In these cases, the price will reflect the defect.

Packaging - Cards are housed in top-loaders, and will be placed in Team Bags before shipping. Your items will be packaged carefully with the aid of cardboard or bubble-wrap, and then placed inside of a bubble-mailer before being sent out.

Postal Method of Service - I use software on my computer to determine shipping and generate professional labels for your packages. Most packages will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. For Insured packages, Priority mail may be substituted.

Shipping Costs - I try to make this easy for my customers. Your first item is $2. Add $0.25 for each additional card. If there is an issue at checkout, and you feel that you are being overcharged, please email me. There may be a glitch. I will quickly make any necessary adjustments.

It will be clearly stated if you are being asked to pay more. This will likely be in the case of items over $50, where I will be paying to insure your purchase. The cost will be more than fair, as I will likely be splitting this cost with you.

Delivery Tracking/Confirmation - Your Shipping/Handling Charge will include the Post Office's Delivery Confirmation Service. This number will be provided to you at the time of shipment. (Sent via email)

Time to process/ship orders - I will try and ship your item the same day as your order is received if before 2 pm Pacific. Otherwise, it will ship next day. If there is an unforeseen delay, I will notify you immediately.

If you experience any problems checking out, please don't hesitate to contact me and I would hope I can resolve the issue pretty quickly. If you would like to speak in person over the phone, simply email me with your contact info and I will be happy provide you with my phone number or call you directly. If you are requesting a call from me, please let me know what times you can be reached. (Example: Anytime, until 10 pm)

Payments - I accept Paypal, and US Postal Money Orders Only.
Paypal is pretty straight forward. For Money Orders, they have to come from the Post Office. Not 7-11, not your neighborhood market, not Western Union, etc. You wouldn't believe the hassles I have been through attempting to cash money orders that were not purchased from the Post Office!
